Tony began his real estate career in 2018 and joined Rêve Realtors in 2020. Specializing in multi-family properties and portfolio growth, Tony is passionate about helping clients use real estate as an investment tool.
Hailing from Flint, Michigan, Tony earned an undergraduate degree in business as well as an MBA from LSU Shreveport. During a 10-year tenure in corporate sales and operations in the market research industry, he honed his skills at managing multi-billion dollar budgets and evaluating financial operations. As he became more interested in real estate investing for his own portfolio, he pursued his real estate license. Soon enough, friends and acquaintances were asking him for advice on how to build their own income-generating real estate portfolios.
Tony’s background gives him an advantage in evaluating trends, potential investments, cap rates, and income statements, which then empowers his clients with the information they need to make smart investments. When Tony works with sellers, he helps them maximize the potential for profit and restructure their portfolios in a changing economy, creating more income or taking advantage of opportunities, based on their needs.
Having received multiple corporate leadership, sales and operational awards over the years, Tony is known for his market knowledge and negotiation skills, and clients refer to him as creative, resilient and relatable.
Outside of real estate, Tony loves spending time with his adopted French bulldog, following the Saints, and doing business operational consulting work.
